About Penny

Penny Raine was born and raised in Southern California, as a veteran real estate agent there she loved the real estate market and was successful back when things were face to face all the time. However, since Columbia TN has always been her family's hometown she moved back "home" to Maury County in '93, and never regretted it. She comes from TN family that has been successfully involved in Maury County real estate for years as well. She has the unique point of view from both sides, the folks who have always been local and the one moving in from out of town, and she is qualified to help both. Since "family" and "home" are two of her favorite words, her continued goal as a realtor is to connect each family she meets with a home they love, whether it is a family of one and a fur baby or a family of many.

Penny has experience in management, teaching, business ownership, and is also a published author. She believes in getting the job done and is dedicated to working hard for those she serves.

Penny is "Mom" to her 8 grown children, all hardworking successful professionals and entrepreneurs in their own right, and she is "Grandma" to 16 grands. Her passions are Jesus and family. When not helping others Penny enjoys her farm life and quarter horses, hiking, rodeo, and spending time with all those grandchildren.
